Job Description:

We are hiring Call Centre Executives to handle customer interactions, appointment bookings, and support services for our healthcare operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally

• Assist customers with appointments, queries, and reports

• Provide accurate information about services

• Maintain proper call records and follow-ups

• Ensure customer satisfaction and quick resolution

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate

• Freshers are welcome

• Experience in Call Centre / Customer Support is an added advantage

🌐 Language Requirement (Mandatory):

• English

• Hindi

• Bengali

⏰ Shift Details:

• 9 Hours Rotational Shift

• Day Job (No Night Shifts)
