Candidate Requirements:-

Education: Any Graduation

Experience: Preferably Minimum of 0- 4 years’ experience.

Knowledge & Skills Required: Good in communication skills, Presentable, Courteous, Proactive, , Good Listener, Multi-tasking abilities, fluency in English, Hindi, Telugu languages.

Yashoda hospital ensures that its staff appropriately matches its mission, vision, values, care, treatment and services. Ensure effective services, answering the patient queries about the doctors availability and book appointments for doctor consultation, and rescheduling’s appointments.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible to handle the incoming and outgoing calls,

Responsible for ensuring customer delight, maintaining good rapport with Caller

Responsible for the rescheduling the appointments according to doctors update

Maintaining the good quality score.
