We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Executive to manage both incoming and outgoing customer communications.

Job Description

Position: DOMESTIC VOICE PROCESS/ONLINE SERVICE. 

Location: KPHB, Hyderabad. 

Work Schedule: Standard Hours (09:30 AM to 06:30 PM), No Rotational or Night Shifts. 

Duties : 

Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently and professionally. 

Conduct outbound calls for sales, follow-ups, or feedback. 

Keep detailed records of conversations and customer interactions. 

Notice Period: Immediate Start. 

Compensation: Salary range of 13,000 to 16,000/- plus appealing incentives.

Job Sepcification

Qualifications : Any graduate or intermediate level.

Experience : Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Skills : Strong communication abilities.

Basic computer proficiency required.

Languages : Proficiency in Telugu,English,Hindi,kannada and Tamil
