Job Description: Call Center Representative

Position: Call Center Representative

Location: Hyderabad

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, rotational week-off

Shift Timings: Rotational

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal

candidate will work in a blended model encompassing inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email

support. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first

approach. Candidates will play a vital role in promoting and upselling wellness solutions while

ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer interactions across multiple communication channels, including inbound

calls, outbound calls, chat, and email, as per business requirements.

2. Promote and upsell wellness products and services while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Manage customer queries, feedback, and objections professionally and efficiently.

4. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction by adhering to telephone, chat, and email

etiquette.

5. Leverage creative approaches to engage customers and promote wellness solutions

effectively.

6. Document and track interactions accurately to support reporting and performance analysis.

7. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to drive overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. Education Qualification: Graduation or Under Graduation

2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a call center environment (domestic/international). Prior

hospitality experience is a plus.

3. Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken, written, and read). Knowledge of

additional regional languages is an advantage.

4. Sales Skills: Strong sales and objection-handling abilities are mandatory. Proven ability to

meet and exceed sales targets.

5. Etiquette: Proficiency in telephone, chat, and email etiquette.

6. Mindset: Target-driven, self-motivated, and performance-oriented with the ability to multitask

effectively.

7. Incentives: A willingness to strive for excellence, rewarded by performance-driven incentives.

8. Join Date: Immediate joiners preferred.

9. Excel: Need to have Good Knowledge in Advance Excel, Reports
