We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Female Call Center Executives to manage both incoming and outgoing customer communications.

Job Description:

Position: DOMESTIC VOICE PROCESS/ONLINE SERVICE

Location: KPHB, Hyderabad

Work Schedule: Standard Hours (09:30 AM to 06:30 PM), No Rotational or Night Shifts

Duties:

- Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently and professionally

- Conduct outbound calls for sales, follow-ups, or feedback

- Keep detailed records of conversations and customer interactions

Notice Period: Immediate Start

Compensation:

- Salary range of ₹13,000 to ₹25,000 plus appealing incentives

Job Specification:

- Qualifications: 12th pass or more (pursuing candidates need not apply)

- Experience: Fresher or voice process experience

- Skills: Strong communication abilities, basic computer proficiency

- Languages: Proficiency in North Hindi, English, and mother tongue should be North Hindi
