Job Description & ResponsibilitiesAccording to current listings for the OPD Call Center Executive role in Gachibowli:
- Register new patients and guide them through procedures from arrival to departure
- Provide information on hospital services to patients, relatives, and vendors
- Assign patients to relevant consultants and departments
- Accompany patients to various zones like nursing stations or diagnostics
- Manage incoming calls (both internal & external) and schedule telephonic appointments
- Handle messaging, paging, and escalate calls as required
- Maintain records, prepare correspondence, reports, and inter-office notes
- Handover shifts with proper instructions for smooth continuity
