Career Counsellor

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Career Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right career path in IT domains such as Full Stack Development, Data Analytics, Python, Java, and other industry-aligned programs. The ideal candidate should have strong counselling skills, good knowledge of IT career paths, and the ability to convert leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities Counsel students regarding IT training programs and career opportunities
• Explain course curriculum, career scope, and placement assistance
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and walk-ins
• Understand student background and suggest suitable IT programs
• Maintain daily lead reports and CRM updates
• Coordinate with trainers and placement teams
• Achieve monthly admission targets

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability
• Basic understanding of IT courses (Full Stack, Data Analytics, etc.)
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in EdTech / IT Training Industry is a plus
• Passionate about guiding students in career growth
• Immediate joiners preferred
