• Conduct career assessments (aptitude, interest, personality tests)
• Guide clients in choosing suitable career paths, courses, and institutions
• Assist with college admissions, applications, and career planning
• Help clients set realistic short-term and long-term career goals
• Support resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and emerging careers
• Organize workshops, seminars, and career awareness programs
• Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and progress
• ✅ RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or related field
• Certification in Career Counselling (preferred)
• Proven experience in counselling, mentoring, or academic advising
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess and analyze individual strengths and interests
• Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills
