Care and Share Home Care Services – 24/7 Caretaker (Ayamma/Ward Boy) RecruitmentWe are hiring 24/7 caretakers (Ayamma and Ward Boys) to provide quality support and assistance to our home care patients.

• Job ResponsibilitiesProvide daily personal care to patients (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, etc.)
• Assist patients with mobility, walking, and exercise as required
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the patient’s room and surroundings
• Support nurses and family members in patient care activities
• Monitor patient comfort and promptly report any health or behavior changes
• Handle basic household tasks related to the patient’s wellbeing (laundry, bed-making, etc.)
• Provide emotional support and companionship to the patient
