Salary Experience Wise:

0 to 6 months      CTC - 208000 LPA 

6 months to <1 year CTC - 216000 LPA 

1 to <2 years       CTC - 248000 LPA

2 to <3years       CTC - 255000 LPA

>=3 years         CTC - 288000 LPA

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring appropriate handling of 1st level escalations and Queries are handled across the teams assigned

2. Team building & motivating assigned call handling staff towards sustained achievement of performance standards and Unit goals and ensuring minimal attrition

3. Ensuring assigned team’s compliance to laid down processes and guidelines.

4. So that, excellent customer service, optimum productivity and efficiency of the team members are achieved.

5. Have to take inbound calls for 480 minutes or to do outbound for 480 minutes every day depends on your work assigned within 9 hours of shift time.

Qualification: Any Graduation 

Mandatory languages: English, Hindi and Telugu

Documents required:

1. 10th Original Certificate.

2. Degree long Original memo.

3. Pan card.

4. 1 passport size Photo. 

5. Resume including address.

6. Experience relieving letter. ( If you are experienced )

7. Previous company Pay slips . ( If you are experienced )
