Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload cash into ATM cassettes as per operational schedules
- Count, verify, and balance cash accurately before and after loading
- Ensure correct denomination and cassette configuration
- Follow cash handling SOPs, security, and compliance guidelines
- Maintain proper records, logs, and reconciliation reports
- Coordinate with ATM custodians, supervisors, and control room teams
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or operational issues immediately
Ensure safe handling and transportation of cash during night operations
