Cashier

Greet customers and assist them during checkout.

Accurately scan, price, and process customer purchases.

Handle cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and other digital transactions.

Issue receipts, refunds, and change as needed.

Ensure the cash register is balanced at the beginning and end of shifts.

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.

Answer customer queries and guide them to the right sections when required.

Follow company policies on returns, exchanges, and discounts.

Report discrepancies, suspicious activities, or security concerns to the supervisor.

Support store staff with stocking and maintaining displays when needed.
