Job Title and Overview

Position: CCTV Project Supervisor

We are certified IT system integrators who consult, design and implement end-to-end IT networking and security surveillance infrastructure solutions. We are also the OEM for Fiber optics networking products and indoor/outdoor networking racks.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee and execute projects involving fire alarm systems, public address systems (PAS), CCTV surveillance, and IT networking. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to safety standards across Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management:

Supervise and coordinate on-site activities for fire alarm, PAS, CCTV surveillance, and IT networking installations.

Ensure all projects are completed within the specified timeline and budget.

Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.

2. Installation and Maintenance:

Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems, PAS, and

CCTV surveillance systems.

Supervise structured cabling and IT networking setups, ensuring optimal performance.

Conduct periodic testing and maintenance of installed systems.

3. Team Management:

Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project

execution.

Train and mentor on-site teams regarding technical standards and safety protocols.

4. Compliance and Quality Control:

Ensure compliance with national and local regulations, industry standards, and company

policies.

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.

Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.

5. Client Interaction:

Serve as the point of contact for clients to address project updates, challenges, and

requirements.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (EEE/ECE), Diploma in EEE/ECE, or a related field.

Experience: 2-3 years in projects, preferably in CCTV Surveillance, IT networking, PAS, Fire alarm system, or similar industries.

Salary details

Experience: 2-5 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Location: Hyderabad (Field Work).
