Customer Support & Surveillance Executive
Full-time | Miyapur | Report to: Business Head, CEO
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, WhatsApp/Instagram messages promptly
- Handle enquiries, orders, complaints; escalate as needed
- Coordinate orders with store staff; maintain records
- Monitor CCTV for safety; report suspicious activity
