🎯 Job Summary

Responsible for installation, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems across factory and retail environments to ensure safety, security, and smooth operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🛠️ Technical (Technician Role)

• Install and configure CCTV cameras (IP & analog), DVR/NVR systems
• Perform regular maintenance and system health checks
• Troubleshoot camera/network issues and fix faults quickly
• Handle cabling, connectors, and power supply setup
• Upgrade firmware and software for surveillance systems
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs/replacements

🎥 Monitoring (Operator Role)

• Monitor live CCTV feeds from control room
• Identify and report suspicious activities or incidents
• Maintain recording logs and incident reports
• Retrieve and share footage when required (management/security)
• Ensure cameras are functional and properly positioned

🧠 Required Skills

• Knowledge of CCTV systems (IP cameras, DVR/NVR, networking basics)
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN and cabling
• Attention to detail and alertness
• Problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge (video playback, storage handling)

🎓 Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Networking (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in CCTV installation or monitoring

🕒 Working Conditions

• Shift-based work (especially for monitoring role)

• May require travel between factory and retail outlets

🎥 Monitoring (Operator Role)

I.

• Monitor live CCTV feeds from control room
• Identify and report suspicious activities or incidents
• Maintain recording logs and incident reports
• Retrieve and share footage when required (management/security)
• Ensure cameras are functional and properly positioned

      I.         Monitoring Shop opening & closing timings along with staff timings (in/out), Outlet staff shifts will be from 9am - 7pm ; 1pm - 11pm & 2pm - 12midnight

    II.         Observe how staff behave with customers, whether sales people immediately responding if customers coming or not

  III.         Monitor staff following company rules or not like wearing uniforms, caps, female staff hair not kept loose, not wearing fancy/torn jeans

  IV.         Ensure bills are generated for every transaction and given to customers, wherever security is available should either punch or slightly tear the bill and give it to customers

   V.         Monitoring vehicle moment at outlets, how much time vehicle is stopping at outlets & how much time taking by staff in shifting items, whether they are responding immediately or taking time

  VI.         In satellite kitchen, salesman/icing person whenever they are entering into icing area/cold room, compulsory cap has to be there, no driver is allowed to get inside icing area or cold room, if anyone not following these guidelines take picture and inform concerned authority immediately

 VII.         Never share confidential information or show camera footages with any other staff member unless informed by management, while going out always lock the computer

VIII.         Report any incidents or suspicious activities performed by customers & staff in outlets and inform concerned authorities

  IX.         Monitor if any sales person while talking to customers asking or giving their personal mobile no’s to them or any security guard taking tips from customers at parking area

    X.         Ensure the work area is always kept clean and observe housekeeping team are cleaning the premises properly or not

  XI.         Check how security is performing duty, whether available at entrance or going somewhere without knowledge of branch incharge

 XII.         Check how much time taking for lunch, all sales team should not have lunch at same time, only two allowed at a time as per strength available

XIII.         Keep a record of daily observations along with photo’s as captured

XIV.         Ensure all CCTV equipments are properly functioning (i.e. camera’s, DVR/NVR, storage drive etc), if any problem coming like any disconnections, flickering, change in camera position inform concerned incharge immediately
