JOB DESCRIPTION - CENTER HEAD

Job Purpose:Accountable for overall management of the Daycare & Pre School Centers, Ensure following of established SOPs, maintain the defined Quality Standards, Create sustainable business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible to maintain minimum acceptable Conversion ratio of Enquiry to Visit & Visit to Admissions
Responsible to maintain acceptable Child Attrition Ratio
Responsible to maintain maximum acceptable Staff Attrition Ratio
Responsible to maintain the Acceptable Quality Rating of the center
Responsible for attending to Parent Visits & Center Tours
Responsible to ensure smooth Admission experience & Drive Fee Collection and future follow ups for Fee payments
Supervision of centers and over staff to maintain the Safety, Health & Hygiene Standards of Inky Palms
Accountable for implementing the Day Schedules for the kids by the Center Staff
Responsible for addressing the Parents Concerns within set timelines
Assess the need of new hire in the center and drive the recruitment Process
Responsible for safe custody & maintenance of various Assets at the Center
Ensure accurate information on the Database & timely communication with stake holders
Responsible for generating the center related MIS reports & present to Management on periodic basis
Create & maintain the vendor list and assist Management in timely follow-ups & Payments
Ensure participation of all the staff in relevant training scheduled
Drive Center P&L and produce profitable results
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Possesses knowledge of whole gamut of activities at Day Cares & Early Child Learning Centers
Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with Stakeholders Strong supervising & management skills
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills & problem-solving abilities
Proactive, Responsible, Accountable and Attentive person
Demonstrates patience and compassion commensurate with Key responsibilities for this role
Demonstrates strong organizational skills in discharging the duties
Ability to think and act quickly in crisis situation
Basic knowledge of Computers & IT Systems
Education and Experience: Masters/Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
