Channel Partner Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for motivated Channel Partner (CP) Managers to build and manage our network of real estate agents, sub-brokers, and corporate tie-ups. The CP Manager will play a critical role in expanding our sales reach and generating bookings through partner collaborations.

• Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential Channel Partners (CPs) in Hyderabad and nearby areas.
• Build strong relationships with real estate agents, sub-brokers, and local marketing partners.
• Sign CP tie-ups and maintain regular follow-ups to ensure active engagement.
• Track CP performance and assist in converting leads into bookings.
• Collaborate with Field Executives for CP visits, demos, and presentations.
• Provide feedback on market trends, competition, and new opportunities.
• Requirements: Proven experience in real estate channel sales or partner management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Own bike for local travel is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market is a plus.
