Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries received through WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Provide clear information about private theatres, rooms, décor themes, add-ons, and pricing.
- Check and update customers on available time slots.
- Guide customers through the booking process and confirm their reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings.
- Inform the branch manager about each confirmed booking.
- Offer polite, quick, and professional customer service at all times.
