Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities:Prepare bakery items such as bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, buns, etc.
- Prepare fast food items like burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, rolls, fries, snacks, etc.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Follow proper recipes, measurements, and cooking/baking procedures.
- Keep track of ingredient stock and inform management for purchase needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, tools, and working area.
- Monitor baking times, oven settings, food storage, and freshness.
- Work on new bakery & fast food recipes, menu ideas, and seasonal specials.
- Maintain hygiene standards (FSSAI norms / Food safety rules).
- Reduce wastage and control food costs.
