Role overview:

You will be responsible for managing your assigned kitchen station and ensuring consistent quality in both preparation and service. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and a strong sense of ownership.

Job role:

1) Handle daily prep and service for your station as per the recipes and standards set by the kitchen.

2) Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and temperature for every dish.

3) Keep track of stock for your station and raise daily requirements in advance.

4) Follow proper storage and FIFO practices to reduce wastage.

5) Ensure your workstation, tools, and equipment are clean and maintained at all times.

6) Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Experience: 3–5 years of culinary experience, preferably in a Indian restaurant.

Work Ethic:

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

Team Player:

Good communication skills and a highly collaborative attitude.
