Monitor and control daily chemical production activities.

Prepare, analyze, and test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

Ensure all products meet required specifications and quality standards.

Maintain accurate production records, batch manufacturing documents (BMR/BPR), and laboratory reports.

Support scale-up activities and process optimization for better efficiency and cost management.

Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, safety guidelines, and environmental regulations.

Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Coordinate with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Production teams for smooth operations.

Maintain inventory of chemicals, reagents, and laboratory equipment.

Ensure proper operation, calibration, and maintenance of analytical instruments.
