Chinese Chef

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic Chinese cuisine (Indo-Chinese / Pan-Asian as required)
• Ensure taste, presentation, and portion control standards
• Handle wok cooking, sauces, and Chinese cooking techniques
• Plan daily menus and assist in menu development
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness
• Manage inventory and minimize food wastage
• Supervise kitchen helpers and coordinate with service staff
• Follow kitchen SOPs and safety standards
