CIT Operations In-charge

We are looking for a responsible and proactive **Field Officer** to supervise and manage daily Cash In Transit (CIT) operations. The role involves operational coordination, manpower management, client handling, safety compliance, and documentation. The candidate must ensure smooth, secure, and disciplined operations in the assigned area.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

#### **A. Operational Supervision**

* Plan, monitor, and coordinate daily CIT operations.

* Verify deployment of guards, gunmen, and drivers as per daily schedules.

* Conduct route inspections and ensure adherence to SOPs.

* Ensure cash vehicles are dispatched and return on schedule.

#### **B. Manpower & Discipline Management**

* Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and shift allocations.

* Conduct surprise checks for uniform, discipline, and alertness.

* Address absenteeism, misconduct, and performance issues.

#### **C. Vehicle, Weapon & Equipment Checks**

* Ensure all cash vans are roadworthy with valid documents.

* Verify firearms, ammunition, and communication devices.

* Conduct daily pre-dispatch and post-return checks.

#### **D. Client Coordination**

* Act as the primary point of contact for banks and clients.

* Resolve operational issues and client grievances promptly.

* Submit daily operational and deployment reports.

#### **E. Compliance & Safety**

* Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.

* Maintain confidentiality of cash movement details.

* Report incidents, route deviations, and emergencies immediately.

#### **F. Training & Performance Monitoring**

* Conduct training and safety briefings for field staff.

* Guide new recruits in operational procedures.

* Monitor field performance and suggest improvements.

#### **G. Documentation & Reporting**

* Maintain records of vehicle logs, route charts, attendance, and incidents.

* Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.

* Ensure all documentation is audit-ready.

* Safe and timely completion of cash movements.

* Zero incidents or operational losses.

* High client satisfaction with minimal complaints.

* 100% compliance with SOPs and audit requirements.

* Effective manpower utilization and discipline.

### **Reporting Structure**

Reports to: Branch Manager / Operations Head

Supervises: Security Guards, Gunmen, Drivers (CIT Team)
