Supervising the Doors Execution in our Sites.

• Plan and coordinate the production activities for the DOORS department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management.
• Supervise and lead a team of production employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure the production process is running smoothly and meeting quality standards and production goals.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and sales, to develop and implement production strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor production costs and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Maintain and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Identify and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks by implementing effective troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is properly maintained and functioning optimally.
