Civil Execution Engineer

Civil Execution

• Responsible for managing and executing all construction activities within an assigned project section (area-wise or structure-wise), coordinating across disciplines (civil, mechanical, structural, electrical) to ensure timely, safe, and quality delivery of work within the defined scope. 
• Lead execution for all assigned works in the section – civil, structural, and MEP as applicable. Coordinate day-to-day activities between engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers. 
• Plan and monitor section-wise progress in line with the project schedule and milestones. Review construction drawings and ensure execution adheres to technical requirements and standards 
• Conduct inspections, participate in internal/external audits, and close observations/ NCRs. Ensure maintenance of daily records, material reconciliation, and documentation.   
• Resolve site issues and escalate critical matters to the construction head promptly. Monitor productivity, safety compliance, and quality assurance in the assigned section. 
• Coordinate with planning, design, and procurement teams to ensure resource availability and sequence of execution.   Conduct daily site briefings, progress monitoring, and reporting.
