Job Summary:

Akshita Infra is looking for an experienced and proactive Civil Site Engineer to manage and execute residential construction projects in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, billing verification, drawing coordination, and timely project execution.

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience & skillset)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications

Monitor quality standards and safety compliance

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors

Prepare daily site reports and weekly progress updates

Verify measurements, billing quantities, and bar bending schedules (BBS)

Ensure project timelines and milestones are achieved

Resolve technical issues at site

Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings when required

Maintain project data, reports, and billing sheets in Excel

Requirements:

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in any construction project (residential preferred)

Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials

Ability to read and interpret structural & architectural drawings

Good communication and coordination skills

Experience in quantity estimation and billing

Mandatory knowledge of AutoCAD

Good working knowledge of MS Excel

Preferred Skills:

Experience in residential construction projects

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Knowledge of site safety standards

Ability to handle site independently
