Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Client Relationship Executive to manage and execute complete franchise projects for one of our leading brands. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for franchise clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution of each project phase, and regular reporting to the Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of franchise onboarding projects as per the company’s standard project template.
• Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with franchise clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide franchise partners through each phase, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with internal departments (design, logistics, training, etc.) to execute project milestones.
• Track project progress and maintain updated records of all developments.
• Report project status, delays, and completion updates regularly to the Support Manager.
• Handle queries, concerns, and escalation from clients in a solution-oriented manner.
• Ensure all project tasks are aligned with brand guidelines and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project tracking and CRM tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in franchise support, client servicing, or project coordination preferred.

Work Timings: 10 AM – 6 PM
