Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Acting as the main point of contact, understanding client needs, and providing tailored property solutions.
- Sales & Leasing Support: Coordinating with the sales team to facilitate site visits, property presentations, and smooth handovers.
- CRM & Administration: Maintaining updated client records, tracking interactions, and managing follow-ups using CRM software.
- Relationship Building: Fostering long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Issue Resolution: Addressing client concerns and queries promptly and professionally.
