Client Service Executive

Dear candidate,

Looking for a Servicing executive in insurance to manage queries, maintain relationships, assist with proposals and reports, and ensure high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for policy holders, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and long-term engagement.
• Assist in preparing insurance proposals, policy summaries and client reports.
• Maintain accurate client records, policy summaries and client reports.
• Maintain accurate client records, policy documents and follow-up actions.
• Resolve client queries, claims issues and escalations promptly and professionally.
• Ensure high client satisfaction to support policy renewals and retention.
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks related to client servicing.

Requirements:

• *Intermediate or Graduate or post graduate in any discipline.
• *Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
• 1-2 years of experience in client servicing or insurance. (Freshers may also apply).
• Ability to support additional office and administrative tasks as needed.
