The position demands coordination with various stakeholders to align migration strategies with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to achieve seamless cloud adoption and support next-generation business capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud migration strategies to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall cloud migration capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align migration efforts with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms and migration tools relevant to both private and public cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data pipelines, and scalable data processing frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement high-performance data migration solutions that support business continuity.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration techniques to streamline migration workflows.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing data migration processes to ensure reliability and efficiency.
