Cluster Coordinator

The incumbent will lead the implementation of a self- employment program for persons with disability in a cluster.

 Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with disability advocacy organizations and support groups to reach potential candidates.

·       Assess the skills, abilities, and interests of individuals with disabilities to determine their suitability for self-employment.

·       Connect with financial institutions for credit linkages to the beneficiaries

·       Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to participants as they launch and grow their businesses.

·       Address challenges and offer solutions for business sustainability.

·       Establish connections with local businesses, chambers of commerce, and other community organizations to create opportunities for participants.

·       Forge partnerships that can provide support, resources, or customers for participants' businesses.

·       Track the progress and success of participants' self-employment ventures.

·      Maintain accurate records of participant interactions, milestones, and outcomes.

·       Share success stories of program participants to inspire others and garner support for the program.

Qualification & Experience: 

·    Any Graduate or Post graduate degree in Business Management / social work is preferred

·    1-2 years in the community activities in the livelihood space
