Cluster Sales Head

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Cluster Head to lead a group of 6–7 preschools/daycare centres in Hyderabad. This role is a blend of operational excellence, business development, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cluster Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned centres, ensuring adherence to Feathertouch quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Admissions & Marketing:

• Plan and execute local marketing activities to generate enquiries.
• Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups and engagement.
• Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities including tie-ups with corporates, apartments, and local communities.
• Operational Excellence:

• Ensure smooth functioning of all centres with optimal staffing, resources, and processes.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability for each centre.
• Team Leadership: Guide Centre Heads/Managers, provide regular training, and build a high-performance culture.
• Parent Engagement: Handle escalations and maintain strong relationships with parents to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present periodic reports on admissions, occupancy, and operational performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 2–8 years’ experience in multi-unit management, preferably in preschool, retail, hospitality, or service industry.
• Strong marketing and sales skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel within the assigned cluster regularly.
