Job Description
Operate CNC Vertical / Horizontal Milling Machines
Load & unload components safely
Select & change cutting tools as per job
Run programs and monitor machining cycles
Perform job setup, including fixture alignment and tool offset setting
Understand G-code / M-code basics
Make minor program edits at machine level (offsets, tool wear)
Achieve production targets with minimal rejection
Follow safety rules and PPE usage
Report machine issues, breakdowns, or abnormal sounds immediately
