CNC Programmer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with strong expertise in dies and mould making, specifically for VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in precision machining and CNC programming with a clear understanding of tooling, materials, and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise CNC programs for VMC machines
• Work on dies and mould manufacturing with high precision
• Interpret technical drawings and convert them into machining programs
• Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and machining strategies
• Coordinate with design and production teams for execution
• Monitor machining processes and improve efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure quality standards and tolerances are maintained

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in CNC programming
• Strong hands-on experience with VMC (Vertical Machining Center)
• Proven experience in dies and mould making (mandatory)
• Good understanding of G-code, tooling, and machining processes

Location Preference

Candidates residing near Kukatpally, Balanagar, Gandhinagar, Jeedimetla, Moosapet, or nearby areas will be strongly preferred.
