Job Description
- Operate and monitor CNC turning machines to produce parts as per drawings and specifications.
- Set up tools, materials, and machine parameters (feeds, speeds, offsets).
- Read and understand engineering drawings and job instructions.
- Inspect finished components with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality.
- Maintain records of production, inspection, and machine settings.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines.
- Identify and resolve minor machining issues to minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety guidelines and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams for smooth production flow.
