Job Title: Female Front Desk

Location: Coffee camp (On-site)

About Us:

We are a growing and customer-focused coffee brand dedicated to delivering premium quality Viral menu and a welcoming café experience. We are looking for a smart, friendly, and organized Front Desk Manager to be the face of our coffee shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth daily workflow
• Handle billing, payments, and order coordination
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front area
• Assist in customer queries, feedback, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with kitchen/barista team for efficient service
• Manage basic inventory and daily reports

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduate
• 1 years of experience in front desk, retail, or hospitality (preferred)
• Good communication skills (English & local language)
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software)
• Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
