Job Description
- FOS agents with Basic communication skills in local language
- Healthy mix of 50:50 for Fresher's & Experience Can be considered for this process
- Minimum eligibility criteria for FOS is 10+
- PVC/FCU to be mandatorily completed
- Experience in deep bucket collection Wheel segment and commercial vehicle segment would be preferred but not mandatory
- Should stick to the Client app allocation that is assigned and visit are done as per the same
- Visit the customer and convince them to make the payment
- Capture the visit Feedback in Client Collection App
- Stick to the code of conduct values
- FOS will always display the ID card issued while doing the collection activity
- Deposition to be done as per the TAT defined
