Roles and Responsibilities

• EMI collections from the customers
• Follow-Up With Customers of bucket X and Write-off.
• Convince the customer to make payment of EMI/OTS,
• Visiting Regularly Customers Residence And Office For Collections.
• Submission Of Collections proof from The Bank/Office of the customer in mobile app.
• Verify Clients and Customers Who Appear to Be Potential Defaulters.
• Maintain A Database of All the Transactions with Respect to Payment Collection Account Receivables.
• Collect and deposition the repossessed/surrendered vehicle.
• Reporting to manager on daily basis

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10th pass / Intermediate
• Two-Wheeler and License Is a Must.
• fresher or experienced in field Collections with Debt recovery agent certificate can apply.
• willing to travel within city.
