Job Description
Contacting customers with overdue payments via phone to negotiate repayment, resolve issues, and meet targets, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Outbound Calling: Make frequent calls to customers with past-due accounts.
- Negotiation: Discuss overdue amounts, understand customer challenges, and negotiate feasible payment plans or settlements.
- Customer Service: Address payment-related queries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Record Keeping: Accurately update customer details, payment promises, and call logs in the collection software.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team collection goals.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to company policies and relevant debt collection laws.
- Follow-up: Track commitments and follow up on promised payments.
