Job Title: Founder Principal – Inter & Degree College

Location: Suchitra / Kompally / Nearby areas (Hyderabad)

Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Founder Principal to set up and lead a new Inter and Degree College branch. The role involves academic leadership, admissions growth, faculty recruitment, and overall institutional management.

Courses to be handled:

Intermediate:

• MPC with IIT-JEE
• BPC with NEET
• MEC / CEC with CA, CMA, CS

Degree / UG:

• UG programs with specialisations
• Integrated professional and skill-based courses

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage a new Inter & Degree College branch
• Design curriculum and academic structure
• Recruit, train, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff
• Plan and support admissions and student enrollment
• Lead academic operations and daily administration
• Ensure academic quality, discipline, and performance
• Handle student and parent interactions
• Coordinate with management for growth and expansion
• Ensure compliance with board / university norms

Experience Required:

• 15+ years experience in similar senior academic roles
• Experience as Principal / Academic Head preferred
• Background in reputed schools, colleges, or universities
• Experience in setting up or scaling institutions is a plus

• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Ability to recruit and manage faculty
• Strategic planning and execution skills
