Job Description

Job Title: Commis Chef (Central Kitchen – Bulk Production)

Location: Central Kitchen, Shamshabad – Hyderabad

Job Overview: We are looking for Commis Chefs to join our Central Kitchen operations at Shamshabad. The role involves bulk food preparation and production ensuring consistency, quality, hygiene, and timely dispatch.


Positions & Salary Structure

  • Commis 1: Up to ₹20,000 per month
  • Commis 2: Up to ₹18,000 per month
  • Commis 3: Up to ₹15,000 per month

Candidates with prior experience in bulk cooking or central kitchens may be offered a higher salary based on skill and performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food in bulk quantities as per standardized recipes
  • Assist in daily pre-production and production planning
  • Handle cooking for multiple cuisines while maintaining taste consistency
  • Follow SOPs, portion control, and yield standards
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times
  • Support senior chefs in smooth kitchen operations
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of raw and cooked food
  • Work efficiently to meet production timelines and dispatch schedules

Eligibility & Skills

  • Minimum basic kitchen experience required (bulk cooking experience preferred)
  • Experience in central kitchens, hotels, QSRs, cloud kitchens, or catering units is a plus

  • Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen discipline
  • Willingness to work in shifts if required
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
