Job Title: Chef / Line Cook – QSR (Grill & Fried Chicken)Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced QSR Chef / Line Cook to handle high-volume operations with consistency, speed, and strong cost control. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with grill, fried chicken, kebab, or shawarma setups and understands portioning and yield management.
- Experience Requirements 1+ years of experience in QSR / grill / fried chicken / kebab / shawarma
- Proven experience working in high-volume outlets (100+ orders per day)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, pressure-driven kitchen environments
- Key Skills & Responsibilities (Must Have)Batch marination and yield control
- Charcoal / grill temperature control
- Accurate portioning by weight (no eyeballing)
- Fast and efficient assembly-line working
- Ability to maintain consistency across every order
- Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
