Key Responsibilities

1) Guide customers through the menu and help them choose based on their preferences.

2) Assemble meal as per customer selection while maintaining speed and consistency.

3) Ensure presentation, portioning, and quality are maintained for every order.

4) Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service counter at all times.

5) Refill ingredients and monitor stock levels at the service station.

6) Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

7) Handle customer queries politely and ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

1) 1–3 years of experience in a QSR, café, or fast-casual setup preferred.

2) Comfortable interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment.

3) Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.

4) Ability to work quickly without compromising on quality.

5) Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
