Job Description
We are looking for a disciplined and eager-to-learn Commis Chef to support daily kitchen operations. You will assist in food preparation, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure consistency in our café menu.
Assist in basic food preparation (cutting, prepping, portioning)
Support preparation of:
Sandwiches, panini, burgers
Pasta, rice bowls, eggs
Basic desserts and plating
Follow standard recipes and portion control
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstation at all times
Ensure proper storage of ingredients (FIFO method)
Assist in opening and closing kitchen prep
“Candidates must be comfortable working with standardised recipes and quality-focused cooking (not ‘ अंदाज़ से’ cooking)
