Job Summary:

We are seeking fresh and passionate individuals to join our culinary team as Commis 1/2/3.

This entry-level ship is designed for those looking to start a career in food preparation

and kitchen operations. They will receive hands-on training in basic cooking techniques,

hygiene standards, and kitchen discipline under the guidance of experienced chefs.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and portioning.

 Support chefs in cooking and plating dishes as per standard recipes.

 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food prep areas.

 Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper storage of ingredients.

 Help with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies and inventory.

 Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils.

 Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures and kitchen etiquette.

 Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service hours.

Eligibility Criteria:

 Education: Diploma, Graduate

 Experience: No prior experience required – freshers are welcome.

 Language Preference:

- - For Hyderabad Airport: Basic understanding of Telugu & Hindi preferred.


 Other Requirements:

- Interest in cooking and food preparation.

- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.


- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
