Job Responsibilities:

Visit office and home customers for IT support and troubleshooting.

Install, format, and configure Windows OS on desktops and laptops.

Diagnose and repair hardware issues in computers and laptops.

Perform laptop repairs, including screen, keyboard, and battery replacements.

Install and configure network printers and resolve connectivity issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve networking problems (WiFi, LAN, routers, etc.).

Basic chip-level diagnosis and repairs for computers and laptops.

Regular maintenance and servicing of computer systems.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 2 years experience in computer hardware & networking.

✔ Expertise in Windows installation, formatting, and software setup.

✔ Knowledge of network printer installation & troubleshooting.

✔ Basic chip-level repair skills for laptops and desktops.

✔ Strong troubleshooting skills in IT hardware & networking.

✔ Ability to handle field visits and resolve issues independently.
