Position: Office Admin cum Receptionist

Reports to: Operations Manager

Role PurposeTo manage front-office operations, coordinate administrative activities, and ensure smooth daily functioning of Arka Solar Power office while maintaining a professional experience for customers, vendors, and team members.

  • Key Responsibilities🟡 Front Office & Customer HandlingWelcome walk-in customers and explain basic solar services.
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email communication.
  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
  • Route enquiries to sales/technical teams promptly.
  • 🟡 Administrative OperationsMaintain office files, documents, and project records.
  • Prepare quotations, basic proposals, and customer forms (training provided).
  • Coordinate with vendors, installers, and logistics teams.
  • Manage office supplies and petty cash records.
  • Support documentation for subsidy applications and government schemes.
  • 🟡 Accounts & Data SupportAssist accountant with invoice filing and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain customer database and project tracking sheets.
  • Data entry in Excel, CRM, or internal software.
  • Organize digital documents and backups.
  • 🟡 Coordination SupportSchedule site visits and meetings.
  • Support Arka Ambassador communication and onboarding coordination.
  • Assist management in day-to-day office tasks.
  • Required SkillsGood communication in Telugu and basic English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email).
  • Professional behavior and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Preferred QualificationsAny degree or intermediate with office experience.
  • Experience as receptionist / admin / office assistant preferred.
  • Familiarity with solar industry or EPC office work is a plus.
