Construction / Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and ensure construction work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines. The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring safety compliance at the site.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and material usage
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and vendors
• Monitor quality of work and implement corrective actions
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline
• Maintain daily work progress reports and site records
• Verify measurements and assist in billing activities
• Resolve on-site issues and support smooth project execution
• Requirements & Skills:Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor
• Knowledge of RCC, finishing, and structural works
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Good knowledge of safety practices and quality standards
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)
