Construction / Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our building project in Patancheru.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor daily progress, labor attendance, and productivity of workers & subcontractors
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
• Check quality of materials and workmanship
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site team for smooth execution
• Track material inventory and report daily updates to management
• Resolve on-site issues quickly to avoid delays

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as Construction/Site Supervisor in civil/building projects
• Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred (experience matters more than degree)
• Good knowledge of construction practices, safety norms, and basic drawings
• Ability to handle labor teams and work full-time on site
• Local candidates from Patancheru/Hyderabad preferred

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

Location: Patancheru, Hyderabad (full-time on-site)
