5+ years (including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric)

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and Lakehouse architecture using Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Synapse Data Engineering, OneLake).
• Implement data ingestion, transformation, and modeling processes to support analytics, reporting, and AI use cases.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Establish and maintain data governance, metadata management, and data lineage using Microsoft Purview, Unity Catalog, or other governance frameworks.
• Integrate data security and compliance best practices into Fabric-based solutions.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and version control (Git) for data workloads.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot Fabric environments to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and architects to standardize and automate data delivery processes.

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering with proven experience in building large-scale data solutions.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Synapse, OneLake, and Power BI integration).
• Strong experience with Azure Data Services – Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Databricks (optional but preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL, PySpark, and data modelling.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and metadata management.
• Experience with pipeline orchestration, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Good to have Fabric Data Engineer Associate Certification (DP 700)
